There was a very common theme of erotica in the 50s and early 60s of women on the phone in their lingerie (or less). I can understand the fantasy: if you live in a quite up-tight time when you are not really allowed to see very much it must be nice to imagine the woman speaking to on the phone is looking so sexy. I think this is a modern recreation of the genre but none the worse for that as I think she looks lovely and can call me any time.
